Terms of Service
Effective 2026-10-09 · Map Pack Pro / MAPPACK PRO (Sahil Bains, San Diego, CA)
1. Who this is with
These terms are between you (the business buying the service) and MAPPACK PRO (“I,” “me,” “we”). By paying on /pay or otherwise starting work, you agree to these terms, the Refund & Cancellation Policy, and the Privacy Policy.
2. The service
MAPPACK PRO provides local visibility work for one business in one niche and one primary city (non-compete in that niche/city while you are active). The same core scope applies to both plans:
- Google Business Profile + Google Maps optimization
- AI-search visibility improvements
- Directory / NAP citations
- Review responses + requests (including QR / NFC materials we send)
- Social and video publishing
- Website build + hosting (domain renewal is separate)
- Monthly heatmaps + competitor audits
Results depend on your niche, competition, and the materials you provide (photos, reviews, access). Ranking timelines vary. Nothing here is a guarantee of a specific rank, lead volume, or revenue.
3. Plans and billing
- Flex — $747 / month. Month-to-month. Cancel anytime; access continues through the paid period.
- Commit — $547 / month. Three-month minimum. You may pay monthly for three months or pay three months up front ($1,641). Leaving early still owes the remaining months of the minimum term. After month 3, renews month-to-month at $547 unless you cancel.
If a delayed-start checkout is used, nothing is charged on the signup day. The first monthly payment is due 30 days later, the second at 60 days, and the third at 90 days. The three-month minimum still applies to those three paid months. After that it renews month-to-month at $547 unless you cancel. You authorize Stripe to store your card on signup and charge that schedule.
Payments run through Stripe. You authorize recurring charges for subscription plans until canceled under the Refund policy.
4. What I need from you
Onboarding usually needs: Google Business Profile access, social logins (or permission to create them), photo uploads (~15–20/month), and cooperation on review asks. Delays on your side delay results. Social accounts and the website you receive remain yours if you leave; I stop posting.
5. Non-compete
While you are an active client for a niche in a city, I will not take on another client in that same niche in that same city. Other niches in the same city are fine.
6. Acceptable use
No fake reviews, fake listings, or illegal activity. One canonical Name / Address / Phone. I may pause or cancel service if you ask for work that would break Google or platform rules or the law.
7. Intellectual property
Deliverables created for you (posts, site copy we write for your shop, heatmaps we send you) are yours to keep for your business. My templates, tools, and methods stay mine.
8. Limitation of liability
Service is provided as-is for a marketing engagement. To the fullest extent allowed by California law, my total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the fees you paid me in the three months before the claim. I am not liable for lost profits, leads, or ranking changes caused by Google, competitors, or third-party platforms.
9. Governing law
California law. Disputes: good-faith email first; then state or federal courts in California.
10. Contact
Questions: use the contact form or reply to your onboarding email.
