Short version: I use what you send me to call you back. Nothing else.

What I collect

From the contact form on this site: your name, business name, phone number, email, and your message.

From the free audit at /audit: your shop, name, email, phone, and whether you tick the box that lets me text or call you about the report. That audit runs on its own page at audit.ai.mappackpro.io.

From the payment page at /pay: the email you optionally type before checkout, the plan you pick, and whatever Stripe collects to process the payment (card details never touch my servers — Stripe handles them).

This site (mappackpro.io pages I host) has no analytics scripts, no advertising pixels, and no tracking cookies. The audit page on audit.ai.mappackpro.io is separate and may set its own cookies so the report can run. Stripe Checkout may set cookies required to complete payment.

Text messages

If you tick the text box on the audit page, I may send a few messages about your audit and setting up a time to talk. Message frequency varies but is low, generally a handful of messages tied to that one audit, not an ongoing drip. Reply STOP at any time to end messages, or HELP for help. Carrier message and data rates may apply. I never sell your number.

What I do with it

• Email it to myself so I can get back to you.
• Follow up about the thing you asked about.
• If you pay: fulfill the service, send receipts, and manage billing through Stripe.

I do not sell it, rent it, trade it, or add you to a mailing list you did not ask for.

Who else sees it

Service providers that handle data in transit or for payment:

• Vercel hosts this website and runs the forms / checkout API.
• Resend delivers the contact form as an email to my inbox.
• Stripe processes payments and stores payment method details under their terms.

They are standard infrastructure / payment providers with their own privacy terms. For the free audit, a third-party tool on audit.ai.mappackpro.io emails the report to you and copies me. I do not sell the lead.

How long I keep it

Your message lives in my email inbox. If you want it deleted, ask and I will delete it.

Your choices

Ask me to delete what you sent, correct it, or tell you what I have, and I will. No form to fill out. Just reply to my email or send another message.

Kids

This site is for businesses. It is not directed at anyone under 13 and I do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the bottom changes with it.
